The INDIC Garuda is a compact, lightweight emergency breathing system designed to provide an immediate independent air supply when required. Developed for military, aviation, marine, rescue and professional diving applications, Garuda is available in multiple configurations. For aviation applications, 0.21 to 0.45 litre, 200 bar cylinders are available; for diving and other underwater operations, capacities range from 1 to 4 litres at 200 bar.
For aviation and surface operations, Garuda provides an independent source of breathing air for personnel in helicopters, floatplanes and other vehicles where water emergencies, smoke or toxic fumes may present an inhalation hazard. Its compact design and one-hand operation enable rapid access when time is critical.
For underwater operations, Garuda can be configured as an emergency bailout bottle in the event of primary breathing-gas failure, or as an independent air source for drysuit inflation. Rugged construction makes it suitable for repeated use in demanding environments.
